Tina Laffer is the director of community engagement and outreach at the Carroll Center for the Blind in Newton, MA. She has a wealth of experience in special education and rehabilitation. At the ICI, Tina works in the Vision Studies program, working with students pursuing a certificate or master's in Vision Rehabilitation Therapy. She is a National Library of Congress Unified English Braille (UEB) Literary Braille Transcriber and a Certified Vision Rehabilitation Therapist from the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals (ACVREP).
