Suzzanne Freeze began her work with public systems supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Ohio in 1993. She strives to build leadership competencies and capacity at all levels of publicly funded systems through written materials and through highly engaged in-person and virtual events. Her work across the US with 42+ states includes technical assistance on effective quality management, leadership development, data-driven decision making, organizational transformation, community engagement, and systems change. Suzzanne's most valued influence and grounding comes from her family’s experience supporting her twin sister, who has disabilities, to live a full and meaningful life.
