Jill Eastman has 25+ years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation and competitive integrated employment, program management, technical assistance (TA), and organizational transformation. In her role as program coordinator, Jill coordinates and supports Employment First efforts both regionally and nationally, providing training and TA to organizations and professionals looking to build capacity for implementing person-centered, outcome-based best practices in community life engagement, community-based day supports, and employment for adults with disabilities.

Jill became a Credentialed Employment Support Professional in 2013. In 2017, Jill earned the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) national certification and joined the Massachusetts APSE Board of Directors. Since 2022, Jill has served on the steering committee for the South Shore Collaborative on Employment (SSCE).
