Beth has worked in the field of disability services for over 20 years with a focus on community inclusion and competitive integrated employment. At the ICI, Beth develops and provides training and technical assistance to build provider capacity in the design and delivery of quality employment and day services. Before joining the ICI, Beth coordinated the Island Disability Coalition. This community coalition addresses the needs of people with disabilities and their families through a collaborative approach that fosters shared responsibility and creative problem-solving.
