Having worked extensively in the fields of special education, employment services, and youth transition services, Mary DiBiase has a breadth of knowledge of how education and vocational services intersect. Mary has co-authored curriculum and training materials on soft skills for youth, parent/family transition training, student-led IEPs, teaching self-advocacy skills, and strategies for supporting job seekers with disabilities. At the ICI, Mary provides leadership in curriculum development, design, and implementation. She has local and national training exposure and has co-authored curriculum and training on business engagement strategies and for supporting job seekers with disabilities.
