Clare Papay conducts research on inclusive higher education for students with intellectual disability through her work for the Think College National Coordinating Center and as the co-principal investigator for the Moving Transition Forward project. She provides technical assistance and training on a range of topics in inclusive higher education. Prior to joining Think College, Clare was an assistant professor and the director of inclusive special education programs at Arcadia University, where she co-founded and directed a two-year certificate program for students with intellectual disability.
