Quinn Barbour plans, creates and executes the ICI's social media strategy. As the press contact and public relations specialist, Quinn strategizes and determines effective ways to communicate and deliver information to a diverse audience base, while managing media outreach in conjunction with the UMass Boston communications staff and relevant external consultants.
Additionally, Quinn manages e-marketing outreach needs; helps choose and develop promotional materials; and writes, develops and maintains content for the ICI website as well as various print publications.
In the role of staff photographer, Quinn provides professional photoshoots both in studio and on location, and maintains and curates the ICI's photo library. When needed, Quinn assists other members of the Marketing & Communications team with film production.

On Thursday, January 18, at 10:00 AM, the Institute for Community Inclusion, or ICI, will be presenting a legislative forum on employment and community inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in MA.
