Saori Kusumoto coordinates all ICI Japan projects, including the TOMODACHI Story Jam Program for Youth with Disabilities. She serves as a liaison to ICI’s Japan-based program participants and project partners. Prior to joining the ICI, Saori worked as a business consultant for several American multinational management consulting corporations and as a human resources professional for investment management corporations. Her interest and passion for diversity, inclusion, well-being, and social justice prompted her to change careers and to join the ICI. Saori was born in Tokyo and raised in Japan and the US. She also lived and worked in Switzerland for several years. Saori currently lives in Tokyo, Japan.
