Jennifer Sulewski is a national expert on community life engagement for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She has conducted extensive research on how to improve day services and supports to better promote community life engagement, which includes all activities that people with disabilities participate in outside of (and in addition to) paid employment. Jennifer has been a researcher or evaluator on numerous ICI projects related to day and employment services for people with IDD. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and past co-chair of the Disabilities and Other Vulnerable Populations Topical Interest Group of the American Evaluation Association. She received her Ph.D. in Social Policy from Brandeis University in 2006.
