Jill Eastman

Jill Eastman, MA, has extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation, currently serving as the Employment & Training Specialist II for the ICI Employment Services Program. In this role, Jill provides job development, job coaching, career exploration, and counseling support for individuals with disabilities; in addition to serving as a job coach supervisor and program coordinator for the Work Experience Program located at Children's Hospital Boston. Jill additionally provides technical assistance and individualized training to provider agencies; as well as consults with transition teams assisting with the development of appropriate transition plans for high school students with disabilities moving on to post-secondary education and/ or employment. Currently, Jill serves as the Human Rights Officer on the ICI Human Rights Committee. In 2006, Jill earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Boston University in 2000. In 2013, Jill became a Certified Employment Services Provider.
