Jill Germaine
Employment Training Specialist
B.A., Sociology with psychology concentration, Boston University
Jill Germaine is an employment training specialist in the Employment Services department. As an employment specialist, Jill directly assists individuals with seeking, securing, and maintaining employment. Additionally, she provides a variety of levels of job supports and job coaching to those individuals who are currently working. Jill also co-facilitates job seeking skills and vocational counseling groups, two biannual groups designed for consumers. In addition, she acts as ICI's human rights officer. Jill graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in sociology with a concentration in psychology.
