M.S., Organizational Psychology; B.S., Psychology with a concentration in HR Management

Mary Lynn is a member of the research team at the Institute for Community Inclusion at UMass Boston, where she contributes to survey and case study research on both the Vocational Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (VR-RRTC) and Research and Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) projects. Additionally, Mary Lynn is the project lead for the research team’s initiative of disseminating research findings on social media platforms. Mary Lynn holds a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford. She joined the ICI after working at a retained executive search firm in Hartford, CT.
