Paul Foos is the ICI's web developer. He builds websites, web applications, and databases for several ICI projects. He is skilled at helping non-technical staff to communicate via the internet, and at creating websites that are accessible to all users. Paul's background is in education and technology, and he worked for several years as a college instructor and bibliographer. Paul has a Ph.D. in history and wrote the book A Short, Offhand, Killing Affair, published in 2002.
