Erin Fallon works as a Training Associate I at ICI on the Massachusetts Medicaid Infrastructure and Comprehensive Employment Opportunities (MI-CEO) grant. She provides in person and online training sessions on topics related to the employment of people with disabilities.
Erin has over fifteen years of experience within the fields of Human Services and Human Resources with expertise in the areas of community integration, recruiting, retention and employee relations. She has coordinated community based educational, social, and vocational programs, as well as provided direct service, consultation and training to employers, service providers and consumers on a wide variety of topics related to community integration and the employment of people with disabilities. Erin’s professional background also includes the development and maintenance of key community partnerships, such as the creation and facilitation of a Business Advisory Council and annual Disability Mentoring Days.
She holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. In addition, she participated in the Graduate Studies Program and earned an Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) Certificate from the New England Job Development Training Program, Institute for Community Inclusion/UMASS Boston.
