Julisa Cully

Julisa Cully is a Knowledge Translation Program Director at the Institute for Community Inclusion. She works on a number of research and program development projects including the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Vocational Rehabilitation (VR-RRTC), Research and Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) on Vocational Rehabilitation Program Management and the Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA) Project. She is the PI of the NIDRR Field Initiated ExploreVR grant. She oversees projects addressing employment and community supports for persons with disabilities and multiple barriers to employment. She is responsible for the knowledge translation efforts, project design, program implementation and coordination of services with multiple community agencies on a statewide basis.

Prior to joining ICI, Julisa worked as the director of recruitment for psychiatric research at Harvard Medical School. She also has seven years of management experience in the private sector. Julisa earned a master's degree in mental health counseling and a certificate in forensics at UMass Boston. She has worked with various state agencies including Community Corrections.
