ICI staff will help implement the new Blueprint for Success plan in Massachusetts. The Blueprint aims to close sheltered workshops in MA by June 2015, moving employees with intellectual disabilities into integrated work and day programs in their communities.

Our Online Courses: State-of-the-Art Training for Employment Professionals

The ICI is proud to be authoring courses for the new College of Employment Services (CES). CES is a series of online classes for employment professionals. The lessons cover best practices around creating job accommodations, disclosing disabilities, building personal and professional networks, and many other topics. This accessible, practical curriculum equips employment professionals to meet and surpass national and agency standards for their field.
